Day 2, week 3 - accountability

1/2 english muffin and 2 egg whites 114, snack 150, mint 46, lunch casserol 300, zuchini 20, 15 grapes 50, 2 orange slices 15, ff cottage cheese and fruit 140, 1.5 donuts 250, 3 Reese’s minis 150, 5 taquitos 310, chicken strip 200, 2 Tbsp. dressing 150 totaling = 1895!!  Oops… but I’m accountable.

To fix it… I walked as fast as I could for 1 hour, and did my Jillian Michaels workout. I rode the stationary bike for 20 minutes. These should have burned off  about 685 calories. Coming in at 1210.

Day 1, week 3 Accountability

1/2 english muffin 80, 2 egg whites 34, orange 62, cheese stick 60, lunch casserole 300, zuchinni 20, 4 Girl Scout Trefoils 130, 1 Girl Scout peanut butter patty cookie 75, 5 jelly beans 40, Lean Cuisine 230, salad w/lowfat dressing 100, low fat caramel dip 75 = 1206!!!

 Now obviously the GS cookies and jelly beans were not supposed to be in there… but I made up for it in calories by eating lighter the rest of the day. If that’s how I’ve got to get this “thingy” done, then so be it!!

Day six, week 2 - Accountability

1275 cals… oh yeah!! Good choices all day yesterday! Today is weigh-in day and my day off. Two pounds down this week!! Happy Easter all!!! Monday I’ll start day 1 of week 3 on my accountability blog.

Day 5 of week 2 - Accountability

Toast and cheese 100, small cereal and milk 75, 1/2 muffin w/2 egg whites 114, turkey chili 230, tomato 30, onion 25, 4 pickles 100, toast 80, cream cheese, Mozzerella chicken tomato salad 400… totaling = 1200. Yup, accidently did it again… 1200 exactly. Must be an omen. I also worked out with Jillian Michaels this morning. She almost killed me!

Day 4 of week 2 - Accountability

Another wonderful day… and I feel so full of energy! It’s nice!

cereal and milk 190, apple and cheese 135, lean pocket 280, green beans 70, 1/2 snack 155, protein drink 110, tomato 22, lettuce 40, bleu cheese dresing 150, salsa 25, chicken breast 150. For a total of 1,327!! Under my daily goal of around 1400. 

Woo hoo! And now…. I am gonna work out!

Day 3 of week 2 - Accountability

Today went absolutely fabulous darlings! The positive encouragement I received from yesterday’s post really helped me feel strong. Thanks so much!

So, today I ate low fat string cheese 60, 1/2 piece of toast 40, apple 75, Lean Pocket 280, zuchinni 25, Junior Mints 220, orange 62, 1/4 cup of dry cereal 38, turkey chili 230, chopped tomatoes and onions 30, and a low fat biscuit 140.

Totaling = 1200! You may find it hard to believe, but it’s truly coincidence that this turned out to be exactly 1200, I added it up 3 times! Wierd. 

I also strength trained this morning for 1/2 an hour. Oh yeah, uh huh, I did it!!

Day 2 of week 2 - Accountable for 3,635 calories!

Hmmm…. I said I would hold myself accountable, this isn’t going to be pretty.

Well, buddies….. if you need motivation, I’m it. I ate a whopping 3,635 calories yesterday. Ya gotta wonder what that does to a body.

On a positive note, today is back to normal. I have a slight junk food hangover, to be expected.

I am accountable for my actions…. hanging out there for all to see.

Day 1 of week 2 - 100% Accountability

My challenge to myself this week is to stay around 1400 calories and have a deficit of -250 to -750.

I kept track of my food/exercise log all last week and logged in within the deficit parameters all week, resulting in a 1 pound loss. I’m good with that. But I need to simplify for my own sake. So, I’ll keep my own log at home and will post here the day after.

 Yesterday, I consumed 1500 decent choice calories, did not exercise, and resulted in a deficit of -486.

5th day down, 1 to go!

Woo hoo!! My accountability challenge is almost done…. one more day! Yesterday I did not exercise, it felt good to have a day off. I’ve stayed in the appropriate deficit on my food/exercise log for 5 days straight. My challenge is 6 days. I know now that I can make it through today, then weigh in is Sunday!!! I’m looking forward to it!

4th day 100%

I can honestly say I am surprised with myself… I’ve completed day 4 of my 6 day 100% challenge to keep a deficit of -250 or more on my exercise/food log.  Yesterday I came in with a deficit of -500 ish. What gets me is I don’t have to be hungry all the time like I was sure I would. Decent choices (they don’t have to be top notch) and some exercise is going to get me where I want to go! For once I am looking forward to weigh-in on Sunday.  Woo hoo!!
